Bay Machine Design is the independent consulting practice of Phillips D. Rockwell, P.E., a consulting mechanical engineer.
Mr. Rockwell received his BSME degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1972. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of California. Before going into private practice, he worked as a mechanical engineer for several San Francisco Bay Area engineering firms and manufacturing firms in the steel, packaging, and electronics industries.
